Really, I do have intentions of updating my blog w/pictures from the last 6 months. So...stay tuned.
Just a quick summer update. The kids are out of school. Chase and Faith have been spending a lot of time at my parents'. They're loving it...and why not! They've got their own apartment and car. I'll explain.
My parents' built their home 13 plus years ago and my granddad built his own apartment in the basement which includes a kitchen, great room, bathroom and bedroom. My granddad passed away a few years after the house was built. Ever since then, someone has lived in the basement. This is the first time it's been vacant. My granddad also left behind his coveted golf cart. This golf cart was not to be ridden by anyone other than himself when he was alive. He must cringe when watching from above as his great grandkids drive that thing into trees, small ditches and over rocks.
So, Chase and Faith along with their cousins have their own apartment and car. They're in heaven...especially when a horse gets saddled up.
We're also excited it finally decided to warm up. We're looking forward to some lazy pool days ahead.

I'm glad they're having such a good time. I wish we could be there, then again if we were there then we would ruin their new 'living' situation.
Hmmm... I think I better look into this vacancy. Does rent include free-for-all cart usage?

I love summer. Does this apartment include babysitting too? I have 3 kids that would be interested in being watched over for the rest of the summer by someone other than their parents.
